The textbook I use to teach marketing research is "Essentials of Business Research Methods," which is available through Amazon.com at this link http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0471271365/103-2585677-1699825?v=glance&n=283155. It’s my favorite not only because it makes sense to most lay people about marketing research and it is very "how to" oriented.
