I know you can only post up to 50 keyword phrases per ad group in adwords adgroups, but is there a way to add keywords and adgroups faster? I have thousands of keywords and hundreds of ad groups and it’s taken 6 hours today just to add 2,500 keywords and 50 ad groups.
Is there software or special way to speed up the process with the adwords panel?
You are in luck, there is software developed by Google for this very purpose, it works great, and it is free!
The Adwords Editor software is an absolute essential if you are going to be managing a large account or multiple accounts. I manage over a dozen accounts and wouldn’t be able to do it without the editor. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but not much, and once you get past it this tool will save you an incredible amount of time.

just interested to know if there is anyway to know what keywords the adwords advertisers bidding on.
(i don’t care about general ads, just asking for a specific advertiser )
in other words: after i see the google ad, is there a way to know all the bidding keywords for this ad.

in short no, there is no way of knowing all the keywords an advertiser is bidding on without having access to their account. Companies like hitwise can show you the keywords driving visitors to a certain site within your sector but they are expensive and in my view, not worth the money unless you are a very large organisation in a competitive market. the only other way is by searching manually on all related terms and see if they appear.

Adwords is charging outrageous bid amounts for many of my keywords even $10 minimum for 4 – 5 keyword phrases so I need some very good alternatives that will drive targeted traffic to my site. I don’t like Yahoo search marketing (too complicated). I just need to know some good services that help with this. Thanks
Getting ‘organic’ or free traffic is the best way to market your site and I specialize in doing just that for my clients.
To get higher results in Google without paying for them you will need to have a higher page rank and the best way to do this is to create links to those pages that agree with your keywords. This is a simple explanation without using all the webmaster jargon.
Ways to do this include:
Blogging: talk about aspects of your website keywords and link one of your pages into your blog post to help create these links.
Use Squidoo and other social sites create a lens, and links by using forums etc (a bit like this)
Write articles and press releases and send them out into the article and press release sites with links embedded into the resource boxes back to your site.
